Our Services
4DGI CIC is involved in mulitple impactful volunteering programs, one is within UK prisons; focused
on rehabilitation and reintegration. Volunteers take part in delivering a range of workshops
designed to support lifestyle change, personal development, and employability. These
workshops include creative thinking, innovation, entrepreneurship, and communication skills,
helping inmates build confidence and prepare for life after release.
Building on this foundation, the initiative promotes a growth mindset, encouraging individuals to take ownership of their future. Sessions often focus on emotional resilience, goal-setting, and transferable skills relevant to today’s job market.
Future Work:
4DGI plans to expand its prison outreach by partnering with more institutions, such as
NO GOING BACK and introducing digital learning tools. Future initiatives aim to enhance
access to mentorship, support post-release transitions, and further develop employability
training tailored to emerging industries.
Through these combined efforts, this holistic approach empowers individuals to break the cycle of reoffending and build sustainable, purpose-driven lives.
Mentoring & Outreach
We engage young people in hard-to-reach areas through detached outreach, offering culturally responsive mentoring to guide and support them on their journey to success.
Alternative Education Support
We offer flexible, accessible education options for young people who have been excluded from school or who need a more tailored approach to learning. Our programs are designed to meet the individual needs of each learner, helping them to gain qualifications and skills that support their future aspirations.
Employability & Life Skills Training
We provide practical training to enhance employability, including CV writing, interview skills, financial literacy, and job readiness. Our aim is to equip young people with the skills they need to secure and sustain employment or explore entrepreneurial ventures.
Creative & Community Programs
Through music, digital media, and creative arts, we empower young people to express themselves, build confidence, and develop new skills. These programs provide both a creative outlet and a means to foster critical skills in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
