Marissa Bowes
Marissa is Co-Director at 4DGI CIC. With several years of experience as an educator, community worker, and holistic health practitioner, she is dedicated to supporting young people in their education, mental health, and well-being. MB is committed to empowering communities and fostering environments that enable young people to thrive emotionally, socially, and professionally.
Ashley Peters
Ashley is the founder and co-director of 4DGI CIC. He combines his leadership with experience in the music industry and talent management, focusing on supporting young creatives from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds.
He was inspired to create 4DGI CIC to increase accessibility to training, employment, and entrepreneurship, helping young people turn their aspirations into life-changing opportunities, while also building self-belief, channeling energy, and challenging stereotypes for lasting change.
As a trained youth practitioner, AP supports and inspires young people through creative skills workshops, fostering personal growth and positive community impact.
