Our Goals

We're dedicated to empowering global majority youth in London & surrounding areas, providing them the tools and support needed to envision and pursue a brighter future.
Building strong community connections and partnerships in target boroughs to engage eligible youth, fostering a sense of belonging and active involvement.
Equipping participants with crucial life skills, personal development and employability training, aiming for increased confidence to advocate for chage.
Reducing the likelihood of youth involvement in crime through engaging activities, by creating oppportunities for postive outcomes.
Expanding our programme offerings and geographical reach by ensuring more young individuals have access to our workshops and support.

Our Objectives

Offering diverse, engaging workshops and programmes in various artistic mediums to unlock young people's creative potential.
Conducting detached outreach in high-risk areas, establishing connections with young individuals, providing mentorship and guidance.
Collaborating with local businesses and organisations for internships, apprenticeships, or job placements, empowering participants with practical skills and employability enhancement.
Organising community events and showcases to celebrate youth achievements, fostering a sense of pride and unity within the community.
Implementing ongoing monitoring and evaluation to ensure our programmes remain effective, gathering feedback to continually improve and tailor initiatives based on participant experiences.

We are committed to empowering young people from underrepresented communities in London—especially those who have been excluded from mainstream education, are NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training), or are at risk of involvement in the criminal justice system.
